Yesterday the crew began the necessary but not-so glamorous “pot holing” process. Pot holing is a process that looks for and identifies utility lines using vacuum excavation for visual confirmation of utilities and underground obstructions. A small, exploratory hole is dug along the proposed path of underground construction to ensure there’s no conflict with existing subsurface construction or any other feature that will interfere with the project and the placement of conduit and fiber.
