Summit County Fiber Ring
As we build the fiber ring throughout Summit County, today our boring process took us to Akron. More specifically, we were boring at both Frank & Market (picture on right) and Portage Path (short video below).
Again, boring is a process that places conduit and fiber underground while minimizing digging. Boring offers significant environmental advantages over traditional cut and cover pipeline/utility installations.
